The Company
Eidam & Partner was founded in the year 2004 and is counted as one of the largest cross-cultural service providers in Europe. Our company employs six members of regular staff and more than 100 trainers that work as freelancers.
Our core expertise is found in the subject areas of cross-cultural training, cross-cultural coaching, e-learning and consulting for people who work with Germans or expatriates who come to Germany. Given the fact that most of our cultural experts are natives from different nations offers us the chance to provide our services also for 30 other target countries besides Germany.
