Building on this foundation, we offer a wide range of flexible add-ons – from eLearning and learning nuggets to country-specific workshops and individual deep-dive sessions.
To maximize results, we also recommend adding at least two coaching sessions. These sessions give participants the space to tackle individual leadership challenges, anchor their learnings in day-to-day practice, and develop a personalized leadership profile together with one of our experienced coaches.
