- Introduction to inclusive language and communication: using terminology that respects diversity and does not leave anyone out.

- Identifying and removing systemic barriers in the work environment
- Integrating DEI into leadership styles and decision-making processes: Adapting leadership practices to promote diversity and inclusion.
